I am often asked “How can I keep in touch with clients and prospects?” The default answer some people say is “Social Media” but this is only one of many ways to build and maintain a business relationship with clients. It is not acceptable to contact clients ONLY by sending monthly invoices or when the next contract is coming up. But likewise, contacting them daily doesn’t work either.
So many people have admitted they have lost work to competitors because “My clients didn’t know I offered this service!” By creating a communications plan – as a company and as individuals, you can keep in touch with your clients. Also, ‘client’ could mean a senior decision maker in your organisation who you wish to impress and be visible to for your career development.
In this 30 minute interactive masterclass, hosted by Susan Heaton-Wright, we will discuss different ways to maintain contact with your clients and prospects so:
- They get to know you
- They remember who/where you are
- You are able to keep them up to date with any new services or news
- You are in a position to discuss what else they need
- They feel valued.
Not only will Susan share tips, there will be lots of chances for others to share their experiences: what works, what doesn’t. This is an excellent 30 minutes for any business owner or member of a larger organisation. Register here:
