We always love meeting existing clients and individuals who organise events. At this event, we are going to be sharing top tips for organising a successful and great event. More details of the event.
As the creative director of Viva Live Music, I am giving a speech on how to create a great event by working with suppliers. She shares great examples of how to use the expertise of suppliers; how to build an event ‘team’ with your suppliers, tips on how to communicate and to include suppliers in any post-event feedback. After the speech, Susan will be available at her stand to share top tips, and be available to discuss entertainment options for summer parties, receptions, gala dinners and Christmas Parties.
She is accompanied by two other suppliers. On Monday, we have Sebastiaan Douma: a venue finding specialist who will share top questions to ask venues. On Tuesday, we have Priya Narian from Boulevard Events – a leading caterer, who will share tips on what to ask caterers.
On Monday evening, at Pre-Dinner drinks, guests will be treated to the Romantic Tenor: an operatic crossover Tenor who sings romantic songs from around the world. The Romantic Tenor is available for a variety of events including background entertainment for pre-dinner drinks and after dinner featured entertainment.
