Since 2020, we have been delivering high quality content VIRTUALLY to corporates and other business organisations all over the world. To date, our attendees come from over 70 countries world wide, and organisations such as Invesco, Deloitte, Pfizer.
We created content that would support our clients who were forced to lead and communicate virtually. We asked our clients what they needed in the way of support; we kept listening to them and as a result created content for training.
There were new skills to quickly acquire in the world of virtual communication – which we were able to deliver
Many organisations suddenly were working remotely. How could they continue to deliver their production and services to their customers and clients? It all required modifying communication and creating new ways to speak to each other.
SuperStar Communicator was a client facing company
Our business model was a speaker/trainer/coach at the front of the room model. Very occasionally we would coach someone virtually, but would encourage clients to meet for most of the coaching, since there was work on body language, voice work and physical impact. So we created both content and delivery styles that were very immersive to engage clients with their learning. We created new models and exercises to make the learning memorable. But also we were aware that virtual learning requires constant engagement, so we developed different ways to engage with the attendees.
Our Business innovation had a global reach
We didn’t “Pivot” because we were doing completely different things. But one fabulous result was that we had a global reach, with organisations and corporate businesses all over the world. And we continue to influence and support these businesses.
The Future
We are now working principally with corporate organisations and business associations. We are, however, developing more online courses for individuals who wish to develop their skills.
