Ted Talk effective listening

My favourite Tedx Talk of the week is on the power of listening. Anyone who knows my work is aware that I highly value the power of effective listening. It is part of communication. So often communications training involves speaking – and possibly non-verbal communication. However it is essential skill to develop – and to be self aware of!

In this great TED Talk, William Ury shares some great tips for being an effective listener and the benefits of being a good listener!
