Here are the top SuperStar Communicator podcasts in 2021. We have had such fun interviewing so many interesting people and discovering many ideas and thoughts. One of the great things about being a podcaster is that you meet so many people; and I hope the introductions I have made, are of interest to you.
This year, there has been much more interest in podcasts and listening to podcasts. This is fabulous; when I first started podcasting in 2014, there were very few people who listened in UK, so I am thrilled it has become mainstream. Looking at the figures for the SuperStar Communicator podcast, here are the 5 most popular by downloads.
The Self Leadership in a hybrid work environment episode had a significant number of Listen to the episode on a variety of platforms here. It was the most popular and downloaded podcast episode in 2021. In this episode I considered how important it was for everyone to be responsible for their own safety and that of others during the pandemic. Of course employers must not put you in a dangerous work environment but there is a lot you can do – and be a self leader.
The next was an interview I had with Emil Dobrovolschi and Octavian Pentis. They have jointly written a fascinating book about leadership from the perspective of an airline pilot. Every team member is valued and needs to be on hand. There are some great examples they share, and this is a text book in collaborative leadership styles.
